Praise in the Park is Saturday, October 5, from noon to 4:00 at Auburn Regional Park. This free event features live music, teaching, personal stories, prayer, crafts for children, food, and free clothing for those in need. Come and invite a friend.

On Friday, September 20, our Pro-Life Ministry will head down to Planned Parenthood to be a presence of light and hope through prayer. This ministry is an opportunity to carry the compassion and love of Jesus to a world in desperate need. For those who would like to carpool, the group will meet at 8:00 AM in our parking lot.

Men, we're shifting our Men's Breakfast to a work day to serve Legacy Christian School and the church. The school needs help scraping off old paint and prepping for a fresh coat of paint. If you have a ladder, paint scraper, and/or a free Saturday morning, please come out Saturday, September 21st, from 8:30-11:00. This is in place of the Men's Breakfast that day, though we will have plenty of donuts and coffee. We will pick back up with our regularly scheduled breakfast in October.

Moms, join us on Tuesday, September 10th from 9:30 -11:30 AM, for a morning of food and fellowship. This year, we have a raffle with amazing prizes including Amazon and Crumbl gift cards, fresh homemade sourdough bread, and home decor items. (Bring a friend who is new to Sprouts and receive an extra raffle ticket.) Sign up for the kickoff on the church website or pick up a flyer with the QR code to sign up. Trail Life is a Christ-centered group for boys from kindergarten through 12th grade. Trail Life meets the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Tuesdays of the month and aims to help boys grow in character, understand their purpose, serve their community, and develop practical leadership skills. As they move into the fall, now is the time to join and volunteer. Email the office to learn more or volunteer.

Men's Bible study resumes on Wednesday, September 18. The Men's Ministry will be studying Oswald Sanders’ book Spiritual Leadership. Come on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:00 PM to pursue God’s heart for our lives and deepen your connection with the other men of the church.

Ladies, the next season of Women's Bible Study begins on September 18. The theme of the study will be the women of the Bible. It's an opportunity to learn from the lives God has preserved in His word and grow in community with one another. There are morning and evening groups. The morning group has childcare and homeschool space, while the evening group happens alongside our midweek Children's Ministry and Youth Ministry. The cost is $15; signups are open now!

As we move towards becoming a Confluence Church, one important detail is our giving. To make sure giving can be handled with integrity and confidence, we want to make sure everyone is aware of the changes taking place.

Confluence Church is a separate organization from Crossroads. So we're reminding everyone to adjust their giving from Crossroads Church to Confluence Church effective September 1st. If you have any questions about the transition or giving in general, please don't hesitate to ask.

September 15 is our launch celebration. After years of labor and investment, God has brought us to the time to launch out as an independent church family. We praise God for His incredible faithfulness in the past and look forward to His good works ahead of us. Join us on Sunday the 15th for a special launch service. We will celebrate what God has done and seek Him for what is next. More details about the launch celebration will be coming soon.
