Men's Breakfast, February
Men, mark your calendars! Our next Men’s Breakfast is happening on Saturday, February 14, at 8:00 AM. Come enjoy a great breakfast, fellowship, and time in the Word together. The cost is just $5—be sure to register and let us know you’re coming.
After-school Sports
Parents, we’d love to invite your kids to join our After-school Sports! This fun, 9-week program includes basketball, flag football, and soccer, with plenty of skill-building, faith, and fun along the way. It’s open to all skill levels and designed for kids ages 6–12. Play happens Wednesdays from 2:45–3:45 PM, January 21–March 18. Sign up now and give your child a great way to stay active and connected!
January SprOuting
Moms with kids are invited to a SprOuting on Thursday, January 29, from 9:30–11:30 AM! Join us at Meadow Vista Park for an easy walk around the pond—kids in strollers, bikes, or scooters are welcome. We’ll also leave time for the littles to play and get their wiggles out on the playground. Feel free to bring your lunch and enjoy it together before heading home. Weather note: If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move to the mall, where strollers will be the only wheels allowed. Your group leader will confirm the location the week of the event.
Sprouts January Fellowship
Moms with kids are invited to join us for a Sprouts Morning Fellowship on Tuesday, January 13, from 9:30–11:30 AM. We’ll enjoy a relaxed morning together with an honest and encouraging conversation about postpartum depression, maternal mental health, and free resources available to moms and families with young children. We’ll also be guided through simple body stretching for pain prevention and postpartum recovery, so please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel. Come connect, be encouraged, and know you’re not alone—we’d love to see you there!
Children's Ministry Opportunities
We’re looking for a few people to serve in our Children’s Ministry and help create a welcoming, Christ-centered environment for our kids and families. Current needs include 2–3 year old class teachers (4 needed—lessons are fully prepared in advance), a K–2nd grade class teacher (1 needed), and one paid childcare position for Women’s Ministry morning events. If you’re interested in serving or would like more information, please contact the church office—we’d love to help you get connected!
Week of Fasting
From January 26 to February 1, we’ll be setting aside a week to seek God through fasting and prayer. We encourage everyone to participate in a way that’s appropriate for you, creating space to quiet the natural world around us and give full attention to the Lord. As a church family, we believe this is an important time to seek God together. If you’re unfamiliar with fasting, please take a moment to read a short explanation of this biblical practice.
Worldview Conference
We are excited to host Worldview Academy for a 2-day Christianity & Culture Conference on March 6–7, designed for families, parents, and students to deepen their faith and strengthen their understanding of a biblical worldview. Registration is open now with early bird pricing of $40/person through January 25 and $50/person beginning January 26. Saturday lunch is included. Youth Winter Camp
Sign your Middle School and High School students up for this year’s Winter Camp at Mount Hermon's Ponderosa Lodge, happening January 23-25!
